Clare's quirky figures are delightfully amusing, but they hide a rare talent for capturing the beauty of her other more serious subjects, painted in a wonderfully loose and flowing style. http://www.clarescreations.co.uk/
A very talented artist and teacher whose skill in putting brush to paper is a joy to watch.
She spends much time in Africa where she interprets the abundant wildlife in her own unique and flowing way with simple but extremely effective brushstrokes and use of colour.
A truly inspirational artist. www.hazelsoan.com/
Hilary produces some very cleverly executed paintings, especially coastal and beach scenes, somehow making the characters come alive.
Her website is definitely worth a browse. http://www.burnettcooper.co.uk/index.html
Marilyn holds workshops locally and it was at these that I was encouraged to develop my art into other previously untried areas such as collage and using different substrates to create texture.
She is also a leading light in the Boston Spa Art & Craft Festival annual exhibition. (See separate link) http://www.marilynsgallery.blogspot.co.uk/
Attending one of Nikki's painting days was probably the most significant point in my realisation that I could actually create something worth calling a painting!
Her paintings of friendly cottages, boats and animals are a joy. www.nikkycorker.com

The group consists of around 2 dozen keen amateur artists and meets once a week to paint together, either on their own or under the guidance of a visiting professional.
The annual autumn exhibition, now in its 10th year has become a byword for excellence in art. http://www.waltongroupofartists.co.uk/RozMillsGallery.html
